You are accessing the Application (hereinafter the "App") of Grupo Herdez, S.A.B. de C.V. (hereinafter "Grupo Herdez").

Please read carefully the Legal Terms and Conditions that regulate the access and use by users (the "User" or "Users") of the Grupo Herdez App and / or affiliates and / or subsidiaries and / or any page and/or application of the brands belonging to Grupo Herdez, since the access and use of the App attributes the condition of User thereof and constitutes the understanding and acceptance of the Legal Terms and Conditions established herein.

For the purposes of these Legal Terms and Conditions, User shall be understood as any Collaborator who works in any of the affiliated and / or subsidiary companies of Grupo Herdez; since the App is for internal use only for Grupo Herdez Collaborators.

This App can be visited by any User freely and free of charge subject to these Legal Terms and Conditions.

In the same sense, Grupo Herdez will not have any responsibility for any loss caused by viruses that may infect your computer or other property by reason of using, entering or downloading any material from this App.

If the User chooses to download materials from the App, it will always be at their own risk and any misuse or incorrect use of the information will be exclusively their responsibility.

All information such as, but not limited to: Images, Videos, Texts, Registered Trademarks, Products, Commercial Notices, Domain Names and Designs, Reports, Policies, Press Releases, History of Grupo Herdez and other similar (referred to in this document as "Information") contained in this App, may be the property of Grupo Herdez, its owners and / or licensees, being therefore protected by international conventions and Mexican legislation on industrial and intellectual property.

Nothing on this App should be construed as granting a license to use or right to use the Information displayed, so any use, total or partial reproduction of the Information or any content thereof is prohibited.

The App may or may not contain a section dedicated to a "blog" or forum, where Users may expose various matters of interest in relation to Grupo Herdez's activity, for which Grupo Herdez will only act as moderator within the "blog" or forum and the opinions, comments and / or writings of the Users, will only reflect their personal opinions and / or criteria, for which Grupo Herdez is not responsible for them.

However, Grupo Herdez reserves the right to delete offensive, vulgar, racist comments or of any quality that may offend other people, Grupo Herdez and / or its brands.

The App may or may not contain a section dedicated to a "blog" or forum, where Users may upload recipes, so from the moment Users upload them, they tacitly and expressly accept that the recipes that are uploaded to the App and / or provide Grupo Herdez, are their own and have all the rights to use it, freeing Grupo Herdez from any controversy and forcing it to, in case of controversy, take Grupo Herdez in peace and safe, reimbursing the expenses that the latter incurs in its defense.

In this sense, the User, at the very moment of uploading, transmitting and / or registering one or several recipes, is totally transferring to Grupo Herdez the rights for its use and / or publication by any means of printed, visual, auditory communication., electronic and / or by any type of technology that is found within the market in the future.

The User undertakes to use the App, its contents and / or services diligently and in accordance with these Legal Terms and Conditions; as well as with the law, morality, public order and good customs.

Grupo Herdez reserves the absolute right to deny or withdraw access to the App and/or the services contained herein, at any time and without prior notice to the User who does not comply with the provisions of these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Likewise, Grupo Herdez reserves the right to restrict, terminate or terminate access to this App, to the User who attempts to deliberately damage or alter the App or any of its sections, damage, modify or prevent its legitimate operation, for what constitutes a violation of Federal and Local Laws, Grupo Herdez reserving the right to act by Civil and/ or Criminal and / or any other means, in order to claim the repair of the damage and the corresponding compensation for Damages.
